Heavy Plate Press Brake Forming
Three press brakes from 250 to 600 ton, with beds to 14 feet. Heavy plate formed to your print — and the cutting, welding, and machining that follow it are in the same building.
Press Brake Capacity
Capacities listed the way the shop floor runs them.
| Machine | Type | Capacity |
|---|---|---|
| Pacific 600-12 | Press brake | 600 ton × 12' bed |
| Accurpress 435014 | High-precision CNC press brake | 350 ton × 14' bed |
| Accurpress 725012 | CNC press brake | 250 ton × 12' bed |
Formed, Not Welded Up From Pieces
Tonnage is what lets a part be formed in one hit instead of cut into sections, welded, and ground back to shape. Every joint you avoid is a weld you don't pay for, a distortion risk that never happens, and an inspection point that isn't on the report.
Six hundred tons on a twelve-foot bed covers heavy plate work that most job shops send out or fabricate around. The 350 ton Accurpress adds a fourteen-foot bed with CNC control for longer parts held to tighter repeatability, and the 250 ton handles the lighter production work without tying up the big brake.

- Cutting, machining, and finishing — fiber laser, HD plasma and flame, CNC sawing, gantry milling, and commercial sandblasting
- Certified welding — AWS D1.1, D1.3, D15.1 and ASME Section IX, with an AWS CWI on staff
- Full equipment list — every machine and capacity in the shop
- Compliance and certifications — ISO 9001:2015, PRI registered
